By accessing or using ReaderMagnet ("the Service"), operated by Taciturn Studios LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including the early access waitlist, the Platform Quiz, and any downloadable resources.
ReaderMagnet is an author marketing platform designed to help indie authors grow their reader email lists, manage ARC (Advance Reader Copy) campaigns, find promotional partners, and analyse the performance of their marketing efforts.
The Service is currently in pre-launch. Features described on the website represent the intended platform and are subject to change. Joining the early access waitlist does not guarantee access to any specific feature or pricing tier.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users of the platform.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Taciturn Studios LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create through the Service (e.g., book files, landing page copy). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Downloadable resources provided by ReaderMagnet (including "The Indie Author's Email List Blueprint") are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish these resources without our written permission. All such resources are © 2026 Taciturn Studios LLC.
When the platform launches, paid subscription plans will be available. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described in our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your full payment card details.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the results you may achieve from using the Service. Email list growth, ARC review rates, and promotional outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TACITURN STUDIOS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if you have not made any payments.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Taciturn Studios LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of [State], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
